FAQs

No. All my clients have the option to book a monthly contract or take the hourly rates for the required services. This presents an opportunity to determine if you would like to get virtual support long term, and also accommodate short and once-off projects.

Yes, definitely! I only require that we discuss the changes and that you give me a month’s notice to transition and accommodate these changes, once we have agreed on a new plan.

Short term and once-off projects are charged by the hour taking into account the project scope. Charges for monthly retainers are as listed on my website. I also tailor make packages for my long term project clients depending on what their specific needs are.

It depends. Once we have our initial meeting to discuss your needs and get an understanding of the complexity of the projects you need support on, I can then determine the time it will take for me to integrate and start working on the project(s) contracted.

Due to the niche of clients I serve, I understand the amount of flexibility they need as they are always evolving. Clients on a monthly retainer are required to give a month’s notice of cancellation.

I work Mondays through to Fridays between 9am and 4pm.

All critical communication is done via email to enable me to keep a paper trail. I also use telephone (were possible), online video and audio calls to ensure I understand the client’s needs and that we are on the same page.
